Our WARRANTY Service Policy:

Please ensure that it is a GREENS TAPWARE product and that it qualifies for warranty coverage: please feel free to ask the GREENS Customer Services team if you have any queries.

Our Warranty Process:

Call our after-sales technical support manager to determine validity of claim
GREENS will arrange a service plumber and the necessary replacement parts, please do not arrange this yourself.

GREENS TAPWARE WARRANTY:

1.    Conventional Tapware and Accessories
GREENS TAPWARE only warranty these products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase indicated on the purchaser’s receipt.

2.    Slide Shower Sets
GREENS TAPWARE warrant these products as replacement parts only for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase indicated on the purchaser’s receipt.

3.    Single Lever Mixers
GREENS TAPWARE only warranty these products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for periods as indicated below:

Cartridges

QL Cartridge:
Have a one (1) year full parts and labour guarantee from the date of purchase, plus an additional nine (9) years replacement parts only guarantee.
Edge Mixer Cartridge:
Have a one (1) year full parts and labour guarantee from the date of purchase, plus an additional four (4) years replacement parts only guarantee.
Hi Flo Cartridge:
Have a one (1) year full parts and labour guarantee from the date of purchase, plus an additional four (4) years replacement parts only guarantee.

Surface Finishes

The Chrome, Techno and Mercury finishes have a one (1) year full parts and labour guarantee.

Consumables

Have a one (1) year parts only guarantee.

Warranty Exclusions

Products that are damaged due to the following will void all warranties

  • Abuse or negligence
  • Improper installation
  • Operated outside the technical specifications outlined in the instructions
  • Use of improper cleaning products

MAINTENANCE AND CARE:

Right Way

  • Soft damp cloth
  • Mild liquid detergent or soap and water
     

Wrong Way

  • Cleaning agents containing corrosive acid, scouring agent or solvent chemicals
  • Cream cleaners
